We are based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, and we provide services throughout the Klang Valley area. For locations outside of this area, feel free to contact us for availability.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

No, it’s not necessary for you to be present. However, we recommend that someone be available during the first session to provide access and discuss specific cleaning requirements.

What cleaning products do you use? Are they safe?

Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment. Safety and hygiene are our top priorities.

Are your cleaners trained and trustworthy?

Absolutely. All of our staff are professionally trained, experienced, and background-checked. We value professionalism, discipline, and respect in all of our services.

How do I book a service?

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes, we do. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning plans for both residential and commercial clients. Custom plans can also be arranged.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a booking?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with short notice may be subject to a small fee.

Do you bring your own cleaning tools and supplies?

Yes. Our team is fully equipped with all necessary tools, machines, and cleaning products. You don’t need to provide anything.
